Service Design for Small Business Course

Taking small Japanese businesses through the design process

The Saitama Industrial Creation Foundation, a public interest incorporated foundation, held lectures and workshops on DX and design thinking for eight weeks.

In this course, a cohort of 4 SMEs participated in an effort to solve problems that they could not tackle on their own. There are many companies that want to achieve digital transformation but are unable to do so. Our mission at Synean is to spread design in Japan. Therefore, we are very happy that we were able to put effective ideas into practice with everyone through this course. What we particularly valued in this course, is the focus on practicality and action.
